We reluctantly departed The Gage Hotel, and headed for our -**** (better than camping) motel in Sanderson. The directions were simple; we took a left out of the hotel and rode till we got there. Most people took it slowly today and considered it a rest day on wheels because tomorrow is our longest day, 111 mi. Overall we've been very impressed with the scenery and cleanliness of Texas. Not sure what I expected but prior to this I've only spent time in the Dallas airport.
