| Morning map meeting |
After a wonderful breakfast at the Indian Lodge we had our map meeting and hit the road. It was a very enjoyable 29 mi. ride to Alpine where we stopped for our second breakfast or whatever.

We scouted out the town for odds and ends and then headed on to Marathon, where we are staying at the Gage Hotel, an incredible place. Dinner was wonderful; lasagna, salad and strawberry shortcake.
