After another wonderful breakfast at the Inn we set off towards Jackson but soon discovered a mistake on the cue sheet, not good on an already long day. Fortunately, we'd only gone a mile out of our way before we figured it out.
The first twenty miles were quite scenic with rolling hills and trees, later it became less rural as we rode by subdivisions. Today was hot and humid, too hot for this time of year. Everywhere we've been people have said they're having unusual weather; hot, cold, rain, snow, wind... Today we had a headwind, there were many dogs on the loose, and much of the pavement was in poor shape; but no serious problems. I tried a friend's spare saddle today, but am going back to mine.
