A cold front came through overnight and we went from sultry hot and humid to really cold. Everyone again dug out whatever they could to stay warm. Shortly after bundling up and leaving the Traveller's Rest motel we crossed into Mississippi. It was nice green scenery, rolling hills with lots of farms, animals and trees. A lot like Wisconsin when it's not all white!

The road surface varied greatly and unfortunately some of it reminded us of Texas, not in a good way. And of course we had some wind as well.
