Today was known as 90 on 90; ninety miles on US 90. It was more pleasant than it sounds and than I'd expected, it was the old road that parallels Interstate 10. There was a decent shoulder the surface was very good, wind wasn't a factor, not too hilly and it was ok scenery.
After 33 mi. we stopped in DeFuniak Springs which is a very pretty town with nice old houses built around a naturally round spring fed lake.
At 66mi. we stopped in Chipley and met up with others for lunch at the 1901 Gallery and Cafe; a great place that made us feel very welcome.
