No waffles today, we discovered our first pancake machine! You just push a button and in about 30 seconds out they come out.
This morning we had great fun racing up and down hills and long straight sections as fast as we could. We rode on beautifully paved roads with rolling hills through scenic countryside.
| We took a ten mi. detour to visit Wakulla Springs SP for lunch and a scenic boat ride. It felt good to get off the bikes, eat somewhere nice and see something different. The lake is fed by several underwater springs and remains at 68F year round. On the boat ride we saw lots of birds, fish, turtles, and alligators. We learned that Tarzan and The Creature from the Black Lagoon were filmed there. |
